Über mich / About me
Ursprünglich aus Heidelberg, wo ich geboren und aufgewachsen bin, führten mich mein Studium der Antike und Kunstgeschichte zunächst nach Bonn, die Arbeit als PR Managerin eines internationalen Architekturbüros nach Düsseldorf, und schließlich die Familiengründung auf die Schwäbische Alb. Ab 2008 folgte ein 9-jähriger Aufenthalt in Kalifornien, wo ich an der Academy of Art in San Francisco und der Stanford University Illustration und Fotografie erlernte. Die Schönheit der Landschaft und des Lichtes, und die immer wieder sich ändernden dramatischen Ansichten der Stadt wurden für mich zur Quelle der Inspiration, und Fotografie meine Leidenschaft. Seit 2017 lebe und fotografiere ich im schönen Leipzig.
Born and raised in Heidelberg, Germany, I graduated in Archaeology and Art History from the University of Bonn before I went to Düsseldorf for work as PR manager of an international architecture office, and finally to Southern Germany where I raised two beautiful daughters. From 2008 on I spent 9 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, where I studied Illustration and Photography. Here the natural beauty of the landscape and light as well as the ever changing dramatic views of the City became my source of inspiration, and photography my calling.
Since 2017 I have lived and worked in the beautiful city of Leipzig, Germany.
